Pokémon Black and White, while controversial at the time of their release, have gone on to become some of the most beloved Pokémon games of all time. Naturally, this is at least in part due to their protagonists, and the new species of Pokémon that were introduced.
The male protagonist of Black and White was Hilbert, standing as the counterpart to the female protagonist of the games, Hilda. These characters became exceptionally popular due to both their designs and roles in the manga, and similarly popular was one of the several Unovan Mythical Pokémon, Victini. Now, in April 2027, Hilbert and Victini are officially returning in a new release.

Hilbert sadly was only ever the star of two games, as he was replaced by Nate in Pokémon Black 2 and White 2. Still, his slick design has stuck with fans over the years, and there's a great deal of appreciation for both his hot-blooded manga persona, and the more grounded and mature character he's portrayed as in Pokémon Masters EX.
Similarly, walking the line between unfortunate and celebrated is Victini. Victini, who was given the special designation of being #0 in the Pokédex, a Mythical Fire/Psychic-type, and has consistently been even more difficult to actually obtain over the years than even most other Mythical Pokémon. However, with Victini being a major powerhouse, as well as one of the cutest Pokémon ever designed, it still had a significant legion of fans.
Now, Hilbert and Victini are both getting a moment in the spotlight with the new "Hilbert With Victini" statue from Kotobukiya. Releasing in April 2027, this incredible statue will be available to purchase for $120 USD.

The statue is made from PVC, and stands 7.8 inches tall. This piece will look great on the shelves of any Pokémon fan, but it's especially a nice consolation for Victini fans.
Victini is currently one of only four Pokémon to not be obtainable in any legal way on the Nintendo Switch games, and the only Pokémon unavailable in these games who didn't originally debut in a Switch title. For those who consider Victini their favorite Pokémon, this is a brutal reality, but the "Hilbert with Victini" statue will hopefully be able to cheer them up. And, by the time it's released, Victini may even be back in action.
